Make AI useful to your business.
I help leaders and executives turn AI from something they read about into something they actually use, so you can clear the work that's slowing growth and build what comes next.

Find out where your AI fluency starts.
Real AI capability doesn't come from reading about AI. It comes from using it, and noticing what shifts. Before you build a strategy, find out where you and your team are starting from.

See how the 4D framework works
Two loops, four practices. Delegation and Diligence form the strategic loop: what to do with AI, and how to do it responsibly. Description and Discernment form the tactical loop: how to talk to AI, and how to read what comes back.
Strategic decisions shape tactical execution, and tactical discoveries reshape strategy.
Based on Anthropic's 4D AI Fluency Framework
Delegation
Deciding what to give AI and what to keep human.
Description
Communicating intent so AI can deliver.
Discernment
Evaluating what AI gives you back.
Diligence
Working with AI responsibly and transparently.
Work With Me
Start where you are. Build from there.
The hard part isn't building with AI. It's working out the right thing to build. That's where I come in to work with you and your team to do the discovery, the strategy, the design, and then we build it together.
For the individual executive
AI Fluency Diagnostic
1:1 follow-up to the AI Fluency Assessment. Review your results, design a personalised workflow, walk away with a 7-day practice plan.
£700
1:1 session + personalised workflow + 7-day practice plan
The problem: You've taken the assessment and you know where you stand. But knowing your fluency level doesn't tell you what to do tomorrow morning. The gap between 'I want to use AI more' and 'I actually built this thing today' is where most people stall.
What you get
- →Walk-through of your AI Fluency Assessment results
- →A one-page personalised workflow you can use day to day
- →7 daily activities, one per day, to build AI fluency confidence
- →Specific tool and prompt recommendations matched to your fluency level
How I work
We review your assessment report together and design a workflow that fits the way you actually work. You leave with a one-page workflow to keep on your desk, plus seven daily activities, one for each day of the week, to build the muscle memory that turns AI capability into AI intuition.
AI Fluency Programme
From curious to fluent. For leaders who've done the Diagnostic and want a guide for the whole climb, not just the first step.
£4,000
8 sessions over 10 weeks · your Diagnostic fee credited
The problem: A plan and seven days of practice get you moving. But fluency isn't built in a week, and most people lose momentum the moment they're on their own. The difference between the leaders who get fluent and the ones who drift back to old habits isn't talent. It's having someone alongside them each week, moving them forward.
What you get
- →8 working sessions across 10 weeks
- →Something real built in session one, not session eight
- →Daily practice prompts between sessions to build the habit
- →AI briefings tailored to your industry
- →Grounded in the 4D framework, moving you toward genuine augmentation
- →Your £700 Diagnostic fee credited against the programme
How I work
We build something real in your very first session, then meet most weeks across a 10-week programme. Each session moves you further along the fluency spectrum, with daily practice and AI briefings tailored to your industry in between. You're not learning about AI in the abstract. You're building your own way of working with it, with me alongside you the whole way.
For you and your team
Team AI Fluency Workshop
Build AI fluency with your team, in a day. A hands-on, facilitated workshop where your people learn AI by building with it, together, on your own work.
£4,000
One-day facilitated workshop · your multidisciplinary team, up to 12 people
The problem: AI fluency can't be delegated to one person and passed around the team. When only one or two early adopter really gets it, everyone else stalls, and the gap between the people using AI and the people avoiding it just widens. Fluency has to be built together, in the room, on the work that actually matters to you.
What you get
- →A full day of facilitated, hands-on work with your team
- →A shared language for AI fluency, grounded in the 4D framework
- →Your real workflows mapped for where AI helps most
- →Something built live in the room, by your team
- →A shared, prioritised view of what to do next, and the momentum to start
How I work
I run a hands-on, facilitated day with your multidisciplinary team. We start by building a shared language for AI fluency with the 4D framework, find the real workflows across your business where AI could earn its place, then actually build, not just talk. By the end everyone has made something with AI and shares a view of what's worth doing next. It isn't a lecture or a tools demo. It's your team building fluency together, on your own work.
AI Workflow Discovery, Design & Build
For executives deciding where to invest in AI. I help you and your team find the highest-value opportunities and agree the plan, so we build the right thing together.
Investment to be scoped
The problem: Most AI projects fail not because the technology is wrong, but because the problem isn't defined clearly. The opportunity is never properly understood or re-imagined. Teams jump to tools before they know what they're actually solving for the business.
What you get
- →AI opportunity areas mapped across your key workflows
- →Prioritised list of AI use cases with effort/value scoring
- →Customer journey analysis identifying automation opportunities
- →Recommendation report with a clear implementation roadmap and production outcomes
- →For businesses ready to build: recommendations for technical partners, or direct collaboration with your existing technical team
How I work
I run structured discovery and design workshops: a combination of workflow and journey mapping, analysis, and validation sessions to find the highest-value areas for AI investment. These facilitated sessions cultivate a collaborative team and produce an aligned AI plan, ready to build with your technical team or partners.
AI Strategy & Operating Model Design
For executives shaping how their organisation will run on AI. I design the strategy and operating model with you, your team and partners, and we build it together.
Investment to be scoped
The problem: Building before you know where you're going is disruptive, and it gets expensive fast. Your capabilities, your operating model, and the impact on your people all need to be articulated and aligned across the organisation before a single tool is chosen.
What you get
- →An assessment and the map for using AI to make better, faster decisions across the organisation
- →Identification of operational gaps and the new operating model required post-transformation
- →A transformation framework that honours your culture and values while amplifying growth for the company, its employees, and customers
- →A 90-day transformation prototype to kickstart momentum
- →Ongoing advisory for iterations, working with your technical partners against desirability, viability, and feasibility criteria
How I work
I first help your leadership team articulate and align on a future AI vision, then map the three horizons needed to reach it. Depending on your needs and desired outcomes, activities can include AI design sprints, solution design sessions, hackathons, and experiments to plan for implementation and adoption.
Selected Work

What Clients Say
Trusted by leaders and global organisations alike.
"What sets Jen apart is her rare combination of strategic thinking and practical execution. She has a gift for identifying processes that can be streamlined and then actually making it happen, delivering tangible value quickly. Her approach is thorough and creative, always tailored to what the business actually needs rather than what's trendy."
Leticia Fonseca
Founder, Master Your Finances
"Normally I don't welcome a 46-page pre-read (!), but this one was the exception. Some super early crystallisation of pain points, and now I'm looking forward to the AI Design Thinking workshop even more."

About
Strategy that ships. Ideas that get built.
I started out as an engineer in deeptech, in semiconductor manufacturing - a world where precision isn't optional and you learn to think in systems, not guesses. That rigour never left me.
Over the next 20 years I moved into global organisations - Mars, PepsiCo, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, American Express, The Economist, the National Physical Laboratory - helping them transform, turn around, and work out what comes next.
What I learned is that transformation rarely fails because of technology. It fails because of people, and because most organisations never get a clear enough picture of the future they're building toward. So they stay stuck on a treadmill of incremental change - busy, expensive, slow. I help leaders get unstuck: define a future worth reaching, then work backwards from one question - what would have to be true to get there?
An engineer's rigour, a designer's eye, and the agility to run a design sprint on Monday and have something working by Friday. That's what I bring to executives and their teams. The substance and the agility, without the overhead.
If you're ready to stop dabbling and start using AI where it actually matters in your business - that's where I come in.
